I had a life changing experience at Optometrix with Dr Hayssam Khalaf. After experiencing sudden loss of vision in my left eye, Hayssam stayed back after hours to test my eyes and quickly diagnosed optic neuritis.He arranged a referral for immediate treatment at Sydney Eye Hospital over the long weekend. Thanks to his expertise and early intervention, I was able to have it treated and have since made a full recovery.

What stood out the most was how involved Hayssam remained during my treatment at Sydney Eye Hospital—constantly checking in and offering support. His professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail truly saved my vision.

I highly recommend Hayssam to anyone looking for a skilled and caring optometrist. Thank you, Hayssam!

I visited an optometrist years ago and I didn't enjoy the experience. I was recommended Optometrix by a friend and oh boy, the whole experience was enjoyable! Yes, enjoyable! Dr Haysamm was thorough, but explained every exam he performed so I knew what was to come. Once we had the outcome and recommendations it was over to Anthony to help guide me to my first pair of readers. Now, I am indecisive but Anthony went through over 30 pairs and not once did I feel like I was taking too much of his time. He was kind, truthful and helpful. As I sit here with my new pair of spunky readers I can see clearly to write my review and I am thrilled. Thank you Optometrix team!

Hayssam, Emma and Anthony have all looked after me with patience, kindness and utmost professionalism. Returning to store to make a number of tweaks on my new glasses, the team have been meticulous and caring, insisting on nothing short of perfection.

Exceptional range and customer service, 5 Stars all round. During a visit to Sydney my friend and I were after unique eyewear. The team at Darling st optometrix fitted us both in for eye test and worked beyond standard in order to have lenses fitted before we left Sydney. They were also happy to polarise current sunglass as Hayssam identified sun spots during the eye test. We will be back for all eye care needs as this place is worth it. Thank you team!

Exceptional service!
I recently moved to Rozelle and was looking for a new optometrist. I found Darling St Optometrix and I honestly couldn't be happier.
Dr Hayssam Khalaf was very thorough, caring and knowledgeable. He took his time, explained every eye test in detail and went above and beyond to give me the best eye care possible.
Anthony has the most outstanding customer service and helped me find the perfect frame to suit my face. He was patient, kind and extremely helpful.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing optometrist who not only provide excellent service but excellent care.

OMG this is the best optometrist and glasses frames shop I have ever been to - and I have been wearing glasses for 40+ years!! Emma was great in selecting perfect frames options for my odd shape face and Hayssam is meticulous and extremely knowledgeable and in eye exam, and eye issues. The customer service here was exceptional, honest, kind and focused on your best interests. I will be back.
